A virtual consultation is just the same as a physical consultation, only difference being that it is done via an online platform such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Facetime etc. Virtual Consultations are now available at Freeport Medical Centre.

Questions will be asked regarding symptoms, present health condition and results from tests done in the past. The doctor may recommend additional tests for you to perform as seen necessary.
Payment and Booking Information
- $300.00 | 15 – 20 minutes
- Payments can be made via direct deposit (Call for bank details)
- Payments must be made prior to the consultation
- Receipt of payment must be sent to us via WhatsApp for confirmation
- A day’s notice must be given if you will not be able to attend the consultation in order to be refunded. Please note, if you give same day notice or do not give any notice, you will not be refunded.
Treatment
- If during the virtual consultation, the doctor feels the need for a physical consultation, then the physical consultation will be offered, free of charge. However, only the consultation is free of charge.
- Prescriptions can be emailed to you if necessary.
- Medication can be delivered to you upon request.
Process for Virtual Consultation
- Call us at 681-8174 | 673-1069 | 478-6262 to schedule an appointment. You will be required to leave your information.
- We will give you a date and time.
- Upon confirmation, you will be required to pay the consultation fee of $300.00 via direct deposit. (call for bank details)
- You will receive a link for a Zoom meeting viaWhatsApp or email. The virtual consultation can be done via Facetime if you wish.
- Join the consultation using the link provided.
